TERMS & CONDITIONS♥
We are not responsible for loss/damage of items during mailing Items sold are not refundable nor exchangeable;
no cancellation of items
Deadbuyers will be blacklisted & banned from purchasing in future collections
Please follow the order format (given), then email your orders to us. Check your items size and colour before sending in your orders.

We will not be liable if;
1. Items damaged or lost during delivery; we will ensure that it's in good condition before sending out.
2. Items does not match your expectations; eg: colour/ size.

PAYMENTS♥
- All orders must be sent to PRETTY.WARDROBE@HOTMAIL.COM
- All my sprees are from USA, Taiwan, and Korea. As my sprees are direct orders from my suppliers, pls at least wait for 2wks to 1month.
- No payments = No order. Please pay within the stipulated time frame, as stated in the spree post. Please note that any payments made or payments notifications received after the payment deadline, will only be refunded when spree items arrive.
- Orders once made, whether paid or unpaid cannot be cancelled, so as avoid any confusion that may arise. As such please only place your order once you have decided your items. Refunds are only possible in the case of unavailability of stocks and will be done when items has arrived to avoid any confusion.
- For Taiwan Sprees, Item Price = Price shown under "Buy It Now" (直接購買價) For Instocks, all price stated in SGD is inclusive of all handling and shipping charges. Postage charge is not included.
- Goods sold are not exchangable or refundable so pls check ur orders make sure they are in the correct size, and colour.
- For pre-orders, all prices are stated in SGD. excluding handling fees.
-Bank transfer(preferably) or meetups, to our convenience
-Payment must be in within 24hrs,
-No payments, no orders
-Strictly no concealed cash

CALCULATIONS OF PAYMENTS♥
1. For local buyers, we only accept one time payment.
For overseas buyers, there will be 2 time payment.
1st payment will be the purchasing of items (including handling fees and shipping fees)
2nd payment will be the postage cost to your given address.


For Taiwan Sprees (Direct ordering),
Exchange Rate: NT1= SGD 0.05
Shipping Fees and Handling Fees for Accessories = SGD$2.00 per item.
Shipping Fees and Handling Fees for Lingeries = SGD$3.00 per item.
Shipping Fees and Handling Fees for Apparels = SGD$4.00 per item.
Shipping Fees and Handling Fees for Bags and Shoes = SGD$5.00 per item.
Shipping Fees and Handling Fees for Boots = SGD$6.00 per item.


For USA Sprees,
Exchange Rate: USD1 = SGD 1.60
Handling Fees= SGD1.50
Shipping Fees= SGD$2.50 per unit
Accessories - 1 unit
Apparels - 1.5units
Jackets, Denim, Small Bags - 2.5units
Big Bags and Flats - 3units
Footwear/ Perfumes - 4.5units
Anything tt weights more then 500grams - 6units

COLLECTIONS♥
Meetups: FOC at Hougang/ at my convenience;
Tampines& Clarke Quay [selected timings]

If you want it at your convenience, there'll be an additional charge; which will be discussed later.
Normal Postage: $1.50
Registered Postage: $3.00
For Closed Sprees, do refer to the section "Status of closed Sprees". Links to spree posts will only be removed when all items has been collected / mailed.
11. We reserve the right to cancel or close the spree any time. If the spree is cancelled, we will do all necessary refunds as soon as possible.
